Order information
The weldassistant is only available as a download.
The STARTER EDITION is released by the license key for the EDITION ordered.
Email ordering
You can print out the order form, specify your order requirements and send it by e-mail to hsk-welding solutions;
You will receive the invoice from hsk-welding solutions and you can pay comfortably by bank transfer. Your personal license key will be sent to you via e-mail after receipt of payment ( normally within two working days).
Online-ordering
The purchase is processed through share-it / MyCommerce, one of the largest software distribution service providers.
You can conveniently pay by credit card, Paypal or giropay. If you pay by bank transfer, experience shows that delivery can take significantly longer, choose instead to order by e-mail to hsk-welding solutions.
The license key will be sent to you by e-mail within 1-2 days after receipt of payment at the latest.
Upgrade-ordering
You can only order upgrades of the weldassistant directly from hsk-welding solutions. You just need to print out the order form, specify your order requirements and send it by e-mail to hsk-welding solutions.
The license key will be sent to you by e-mail within 1-2 days after receipt of payment at the latest.
Updates within one version are free of charge. Upgrade to the next higher version are subject to a charge.
Invoice / payment information
- Invoicing within 1-3 working days.
- The invoice amount is payable immediately without deduction.
- The license key will be sent to the e-mail address you provided within 1-2 days after full payment has been received.
- Within the EU we will require your VAT ID number to process the order.
